Remote oversight
Digital Twins for Property Management on Mallorca
Give managers, technicians and contractors an accurate view of a building they are not standing in.
The distance problem
A large share of Mallorca's high-value housing stock belongs to owners living in Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Scandinavia. Management, maintenance and works are coordinated by people who are frequently elsewhere, and decisions are often made from photographs sent by whoever happened to be on site.
A digital twin replaces that with a consistent, navigable reference of the whole building.
Day-to-day uses
Managers use the model to brief trades before a visit, to check what is where, and to explain a situation to an owner abroad without ambiguity.
- +Brief contractors accurately before they travel to the property
- +Locate valves, boards, plant and access points
- +Obtain quotations against a shared reference
- +Support handover between management companies
- +Show owners abroad the actual state of their property
Portfolios
For managers responsible for several properties, captures can be scheduled across a portfolio and organised consistently. Scope, access rules and re-capture intervals are agreed per portfolio rather than per visit.
