The purpose of a pre-loss record

After a fire, flood, storm or theft, the difficulty is rarely establishing that something happened. It is establishing what was there beforehand, in what condition, and to what specification.

A dated 3D capture documents the property comprehensively before any such event: rooms, fitted elements, finishes, technical installations and visible contents, in their actual positions.

What this documentation is — and is not

This is supplementary professional documentation. It does not replace an insurance policy, a valuation, a loss adjuster's report or a legal expert opinion, and it does not guarantee the outcome of any claim.
