Digital Twin of Your Mallorca Property
A navigable, measurable digital copy of the building that professionals can use remotely — without travelling to the island.
What a digital twin is here
In this context a digital twin is a spatially accurate, navigable model of a real building, built from LiDAR capture and high-resolution imagery. It can be walked through in a browser, viewed as a cutaway dollhouse, read as a floor plan, and measured within the tolerances of the capture method.
It is not a rendering, not a marketing tour, and not a simulation. It is a record of a real building that can be consulted instead of visiting it.
Working remotely from the model
Most decisions about a Mallorca property are made by people who are not on Mallorca. A digital twin removes a large part of that friction: an architect in Munich, a project manager in Zurich and a contractor in Palma can look at the same space and refer to the same geometry.
- +Check dimensions and clearances without a site visit
- +Share a single reference with consultants and trades
- +Annotate positions for quotations and scope discussions
- +Revisit the state of the building at the capture date
Access and privacy
Twins of private properties are not published. Access is issued deliberately, and can be limited to named recipients or withdrawn. For sensitive properties we agree handling arrangements before the capture takes place.
Questions
- Will the twin be publicly visible?
- Only if you ask for that. By default, private property twins are shared through restricted links to people you nominate.
- How accurate are measurements taken in the model?
- They are reliable for planning, coordination and scoping. They are not a substitute for certified survey measurements where those are legally required.
- How long is the twin hosted?
- Hosting duration is agreed per project and can be extended or moved to an archive delivery.
