What we do

We capture buildings as they actually exist and turn that capture into documentation professionals can work with. That is the whole of our activity. We are not a photography studio, not an estate agency service, and not a marketing tour provider.

Projects are individually assessed and quoted according to property size, access, documentation requirements and deliverables.

Equipment and method

Capture is carried out with a Matterport Pro3 LiDAR camera. Scan positions are planned around the building rather than applied to a fixed formula, and are registered and quality-checked before any deliverable is prepared.

Where a project requires certified survey accuracy, we say so and recommend that a specialist surveyor is engaged. Our documentation is designed to complement that work, not to replace it.

Working in private properties

Much of our work takes place in occupied private homes. Rooms can be excluded from capture, household arrangements are respected, and material from a private property is never used publicly without explicit written permission.

Working across languages

On-site appointments, property walkthroughs and direct project coordination are conducted in English, German or Spanish, whichever suits the people involved. International owners, architects, project managers and other stakeholders can therefore work with us without an additional language layer.
